Where possible do you ensure students are kept in a group with other children from the same bubble they are in during the school day? THIS IS NO LONGER NEEDED.
BUBBLES ARE NO LONGER EXPECTED IN GUIDANCE.

Are arrangements in place to keep parents socially distanced from staff and other parents during drop off and collection? Yes.
The Pre School building is used for breakfast and after school club and so parents do not access the main school building.

The foyer and door bell entry system at the pre school building ensures parents do not access the main internal space and children are brought to the door to meet their parents, parents are not buzzed into the setting.

Do you ensure a register of pupils is taken? Yes a register is always taken. Yes
Are measures in place to allow extra cleaning of the facilities and equipment in between groups? THIS IS NO LONGER NEEDED IN THE SAME WAY.
RESOURCES ARE CLEANED BY STAFF AS PART OF GENERAL HYGIENE PRACTICES.

Do you ensure anyone with any COVID-19 symptoms does not attend the session? Anyone with COVID symptoms will be sent home. Yes
Do you ensure good hand washing practices before and after the session? Hand sanitizer is available and children will be encouraged to use it. Yes
Do you try to minimise the use of sharing equipment? Breakfast and after school club have their own resources for use and so there is limited potential for cross contamination with pre school.

The outdoor store is used as the main storage space for breakfast and after school clubs and resources are moved in and out of the pre school space when needed.

Do you ensure extra training for staff in relation to COVID-19 cleaning, distancing and safety measures? Staff who work in the breakfast club and after school club are existing members of staff and work at the school during the day. Yes
