Do you ensure there is enough staff to manage the number of young people that are using the school? Yes adequate staffing is in place.
Normal whole school routines to be re-established from September 2021.

Do you ensure that you conduct a full induction programme for any new, temporary or agency staff? You must provide any Supply or temporary staff with a full induction, including information on risks to their employees and the precautions applying to them. You must also provide new/temporary or agency workers with information and appropriate instruction on risks to their health and safety and the health and safety of those they are working with. Yes all new staff receive staff induction.
All staff and supply staff will be given the set of risk assessments relating to COVID.
When risk assessments are reviewed these are shared with staff.

Yes teaching assistants are provided with planning and are deployed clearly with a limited number of classes. Yes
Are any visitors to the school, including supply staff and peripatetic teachers, understand the school's arrangements for minimising risk? Supply teachers will be given the set of risk assessments relating to COVID.
We use wherever possible regular supply teachers to limit the number of additional adults on site but acknowledge that agency staff may be needed.

If using volunteers in the classroom, have they been included in the school induction processes and support the same groups each time? Volunteers will be re-established from September 2021.
All volunteers need enhanced DBS and safeguard induction.

This has been reviewed and updated at regular intervals during the COVID pandemic.

A record should be kept of all visitors. Visitors can visit the site during the school day from September 2021. Yes
